Qualifications

• Multiple years leadership experience in a similar scope; hi-growth DTC retail preferred.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a team for seamless customer experience.
• Adept with technology and apps including Google Suites and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment embodying core values and drive sales.
• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges with accuracy.
• Manage client outreach, maintain client data, and plan events.
• Analyze key metrics to identify performance improvements.
• Cash management, monthly supply orders, and operations support.
• Prepare store for monthly assessments and communicate results.
• Maintain neat visuals and restock based on sell-through.
• Lead and develop team, uphold high standards and collaboration.
