Qualifications

• Flexible availability - including nights, weekend, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• The Lead has a direct impact on the execution of brand standards as well as the teammate experience.
• The Lead is focused on delivering the best service to customers and providing direction to teammates.
• Builds a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate in the store to build mutual trust and respect.
• Plans 30-days out with guidance of store management, aligning workforce for daily tasks, events, and projects.
• Strategically leverages teammates to ensure brand standards and programs are executed daily.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, pricing, and inventory presentation.
• Assists store leadership with general supervision in accordance with company policies.
• Assists with training teammates, onboarding new teammates and cross-training current teammates.
• Prioritizes coaching and development, teaching the 'why' behind tasks and processes.
• Leads by example to align responsibilities with organizational goals and delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe.
• Adheres to safety, loss prevention and SOPs, maintaining confidentiality of company information.
• Takes an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
