Qualifications

• Prior retail sales experience (or customer-focused experience) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly impacts execution of brand standards and teammate experience.
• Lead by example, be empathetic, optimistic, and collaborative to differentiate the store.
• Builds a people-first culture by connecting with every teammate and fostering mutual trust.
• Plan 30-days out with guidance from store leadership to align workforce for daily tasks and events.
• Utilize teammates effectively to meet brand standards and programs daily.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, and inventory.
• Assist store leadership with supervision and store procedures.
• Lead onboarding and cross-training of teammates.
• Coach staff and teach the 'why' behind tasks and processes.
• Lead by example to align responsibilities with organizational goals and shopping experience.
• Create an inclusive store environment for teammates and customers.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
