Job summary

White House Black Market is seeking a Sales Lead in Bee Cave, TX to partner with store leadership and coach the team toward delivering guest- centric experiences. You will uphold brand standards, manage floor operations, and model a positive, customer-first culture.

The role is Regular/Part Time with a strong emphasis on owning scheduling, coaching, and driving sales through brand-aligned service. 18+, flexible hours, and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
