Soma at The Shops on Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington, OH is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities while upholding our brand standards and hospitality culture.

You will coach, train, and develop associates, manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and champion a customer‑centric, omni‑channel experience to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and achieving store goals.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to shift priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
