Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 5015-Bellevue Square in Bellevue, WA. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set direction, and uphold brand standards while delivering welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect Soma’s hospitality culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.
