Soma in Columbus is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, drive brand standards, and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will supervise the team, model hospitality, and ensure operations run smoothly with a customer-centered approach.

In this role you will coach associates, manage scheduling and inventory, and apply omni-channel strategies to meet sales goals. The position requires 2 years of retail management and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong customer focus.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities with store teams and coach associates.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel service.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, and inventory replenishment.
