Soma is hiring a Sales Lead in Rochester Hills, MI, to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You will drive a welcoming, personalized shopping experience and lead by example on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, inventory management, cash handling, and ensuring adherence to store policies. Must have at least 2 years of retail management experience and be 18 or older.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
