LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1864-Fairfax Corner-ANN-Fairfax, VA 22033 to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will support store leadership, help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, and uphold brand standards to drive a seamless omnichannel experience.

You bring 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and leadership ability, with tech proficiency including POS systems. Flexible availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
