Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Takes initiative and can organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Model personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to onboard and develop the team.
• Support an inclusive and engaging store environment.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on customers.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to team members.
• Step in as manager when needed and drive omnichannel shopping experiences.
