Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Irvine Spectrum Center in Irvine, CA. You will lead customer engagements, train team members, and coordinate with the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional shopping experience across both in-store and online channels.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge & familiarity with active lifestyle activities (Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, running, etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners in-store and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer shopping journey.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to improve customer experience and store operations.
