Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to empower a team and deliver exceptional customer experiences at Store Marina Square in San Leandro. You will model personalized service and guide associates while collaborating with the Store Manager to be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes coaching, teamwork, and upholding brand standards, with flexible evenings and weekend availability and a pay range reflecting US retail norms.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Organizes, delegates, and prioritizes assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and engaged.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching so each associate can excel with customers.
• Seamlessly step into the role of manager when needed.
