Ann Taylor is hiring a Sales Lead to support store operations and deliver personalized customer experiences. You’ll work with the Store Manager to model outstanding service, coach associates, and ensure seamless omnichannel experiences.

You have at least 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred) and welcome management exposure. You’ll drive high standards, organize store tasks, and step in as acting manager when needed, while advocating for an inclusive, energized team.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with POS systems and technology.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and support the store leadership.
