Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to drive personalized customer experiences and support associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Key duties include onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, upholding brand standards, and using technology to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience while coaching staff for exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on deadlines.
