Job summary

LOFT in Athens, GA is seeking a Sales Lead to model and deliver outstanding customer experiences while guiding and supporting a team of associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to run store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

In this role you will represent the brand, onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and use tools to foster a customer-focused, profitable store.

Qualifications

• 6 months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient; able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide and model excellent customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Uphold brand standards and store operations.
