Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our store in Marietta, GA. You will support and model excellent customer experiences, guide associates, and collaborate with the Store Manager to maintain store operations and brand standards.

You’ll be the brand representative, coach teammates, and step in as manager when needed while delivering personalized service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6‑months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.
