LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Athens, GA to model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
• Proficient with POS systems and store technology.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and focus on the customer.
• Support omnichannel shopping by using available tools.
• Step into store leadership when needed.
