Job summary

LOFT in Atlanta is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and guide a team of associates on daily store operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to uphold brand standards, coach teammates, and ensure smooth omni-channel support at the Emory Point location.

The role requires a passion for fashion, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching team members.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and step in as manager when needed.
• Provide onboarding and development support to associates.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable store environment.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to optimize customer interactions.
