Job summary

LOFT in Athens, GA is hiring a Sales Lead to support and role model outstanding customer experiences. You’ll work with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold brand standards, and drive an inclusive, customer-focused environment while leveraging technology for omnichannel shopping.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient with POS systems.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Organizes, delegates, and prioritizes assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to maximize customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Leverage technology for priorities, promotions, and omnichannel shopping.
• Step into the manager role when needed.
