Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead at Market Street in The Woodlands, TX to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support Sales & Operations. You will collaborate with the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates to hit bold targets and elevate the customer journey.

You will train staff, share product knowledge, and drive in-store engagement with an energy-focused approach to live the brand.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, pilates, running, etc.).
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees and business partners.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiar with retail inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid shopping and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance and efficiency.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
