Job summary

Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead at Market Street in The Woodlands, TX to drive an outstanding customer experience and support Sales & Operations. You’ll work with a Store Manager and team to engage customers, train staff, and coordinate events and inventory while maintaining merchandising standards.

You should be energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable leading in a fast-paced retail environment, with a passion for active lifestyle products and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Running, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Provide training and feedback per the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Coordinate inventory and training needs with the Store Manager.
