Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our upcoming University Park Village location in Ft. Worth, TX.

You will partner with the Store Manager and a team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience, guiding customers through fabric knowledge, fit, and the omnichannel shopping journey. The role emphasizes customer engagement, training, and achievement of sales goals in a fast-paced environment with flex hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices (Yoga, cycling, Pilates, running, etc.).
• Ability to interact with Customers, Employees and Partners inside/outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and taking initiative.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values; provide insights to Customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook and expectations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager to inspire associates toward goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to enhance the purchase journey.
• Offer feedback to Store Manager to improve the business.
• Aim to meet/exceed store objectives related to performance and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards; report issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as needed (10–30 lbs).
