Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Houston Galleria store in Houston, TX. You will lead a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, help customers shop across our website and retail locations, and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve aggressive sales goals.

As a Sales Lead, you will train associates, maintain store merchandising, and engage customers with product knowledge while driving events and promotions to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and fitness activities is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class retail store customer experience.
• Engage customers with product knowledge on fabrics, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Train and give feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to aid the purchase journey.
• Provide product knowledge to customers and team members.
