Job summary

LOFT, at Store 1625-Mansfield Crossing-ANN-Mansfield, MA, is seeking a Sales Lead. You will model exceptional customer experiences and guide associates, collaborating with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role features regular/part-time hours in Mansfield with a pay range of $16.00–$20.00 per hour. Experience in retail and leadership is preferred; flexibility in scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech savvy and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective, highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates and customers.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team environment and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching for the team.
