Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Perimeter Mall store in Atlanta, GA to deliver an exceptional customer experience and support Sales & Operations. You will drive engagement with customers, explain fabrics and fit, and coordinate with the Store Manager and team.

You’ll lead by example, train associates, participate in store events, manage inventory, and help hit bold performance targets while maintaining safety standards and a fast-paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience.
• Previous retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, running, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional, best-in-class customer experience in-store.
• Actively engage customers and explain fabrics, fit and product features.
• Provide training and feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer journey.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and valuable.
• Offer feedback to continuously improve the business and customer experience.
• Strive to meet or exceed store objectives related to performance and efficiency.
• Be a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals; uphold safety standards.
• Unpack inventory boxes and handle weight-bearing tasks as required.
