Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our St. Johns Town Center store in Jacksonville, FL to drive a best-in-class customer experience and support sales and operations.

You will partner with Store Manager and a team of associates to deliver engaging service and seamless shopping across online and in-store channels. Responsibilities include training, engaging customers on fabrics and fit, merchandising, meeting sales targets, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers by sharing knowledge of fabrics, fit and function.
• Drive in-store and outside events to boost engagement.
• Provide training and feedback per the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet goals.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines and safe store operations.
