Job summary

Fabletics, a TechStyle Fashion Group brand, seeks a Full-Time Sales Lead for our Fabletics Retail Store in Indianapolis. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and a team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience and drive store sales.

Responsibilities include engaging customers with product knowledge on fabrics, fit and function, supporting store events, and maintaining merchandising standards to help customers shop seamlessly between online and in-store.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (yoga, cycling, pilates, running, etc.).
• Ability to engage customers, employees, and partners in-store and beyond.
• Ability to work with large teams and good communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivation and initiative to seize opportunities.
• Ability to multi-task and set priorities under pressure.
• Flexible with working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide a best in class retail store customer experience and drive sales.
• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Support store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to improve the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to aid the customer journey.
• Offer feedback to continuously improve the business.
• Strive to meet store objectives related to performance and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and staff.
• Maintain personal sales and meet sales goals.
