Qualifications

• 1-year minimum retail experience.
• Familiar with active lifestyle products and fitness activities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events and promotions.
• Provide training and feedback using the Customer Experience Playbook.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to motivate associates to meet targets.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
