Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support scheduling and associate development as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
