White House Black Market in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards in a customer-centered, welcoming environment.

You will drive team performance, provide coaching, manage operations, and help create memorable shopping experiences that reflect our hospitality culture. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute operations such as cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team environment.
