POP MART in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team on the floor, coach associates, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and operational excellence. You will ensure the customer-first culture and reflect POP MART's premium brand.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory accuracy, merchandising, scheduling, and KPI performance while delivering memorable experiences for collectors and first-time visitors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor and model POP MART's brand standards.
• Partner with Store Manager to achieve sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee daily store operations, cash handling, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and replenishment.
• Support events, product launches, and pop-up activations to engage local collectors.
