Job summary

The role is hourly with opportunities for a monthly bonus. This position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and involves physical duties such as lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience is required.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and Windows systems.

Responsibilities

• Own store objectives by driving personal and team performance.
• Engage customers and build relationships to support sales and events.
• Greet and assist customers, delivering personalized service and a welcoming environment.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while resolving inquiries.

• Foster associate engagement and celebrate successes to boost store culture.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and clean, organized selling areas.
• Support omni and operations processes with asset protection and safety compliance.
