KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for LOFT in Panama City Beach, FL. This regular/part-time role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences and guiding associates.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maintain store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed. Ideal candidates bring retail experience, strong coaching skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient; ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold the highest visual and operational standards with focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to improve customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas to support the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for omnichannel shopping.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
