KnitWell Group seeks a Sales Lead for LOFT stores in Columbia, SC. You will model superior customer experiences, guide and coach associates, and collaborate with Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and leadership coverage when needed.

You will help sustain brand standards, drive team engagement, and support omnichannel shopping through effective use of store technologies. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with a point-of-sale system.

• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing the team.

• Uphold high visual and operational standards with a customer focus.

• Step into the manager role when needed.
