KnitWell Group’s LOFT store in Shreveport, LA is hiring a Sales Lead. You’ll be a key team member, role-modeling exceptional customer experiences and guiding associates to deliver personalized service while supporting the Store Manager with daily operations.

You’ll help onboard and develop a highly engaged team, uphold visual and operational standards, and be ready to step into a managerial role when needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
