Job summary

LOFT in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to model and coach outstanding customer experiences while supporting store operations. You will help the Store Manager with onboarding, training, and keeping the team engaged to deliver the LOFT brand journey.

In this role you will represent the brand, uphold visual standards, and drive a seamless omnichannel experience. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Shows initiative and good time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and focus on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff.
• Build productive relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.
• Use technology to stay informed on priorities and promotions for an omnichannel experience.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
