Job summary

LOFT in Edmond, OK is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations and become an expert on store functions so you can step in as manager when needed.

You’ll help onboard and develop an engaged team, maintain high visual and operational standards, and promote an inclusive environment while driving a seamless omnichannel shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Tech-savvy with ability to operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks.
