Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and brand priorities.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Support scheduling, including associate development and coaching feedback.
