Job summary

Ann Taylor is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model excellent customer experiences in our Leesburg store. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and be prepared to step in as manager when needed.

You’ll help onboard and develop an engaged team, uphold visual standards, and drive a customer-focused, profitable environment using available tools. This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experience.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
