You will collaborate with the Store Manager to develop a high‑performing team and step in as acting manager when needed, ensuring brand standards and an engaging omnichannel environment.

Qualifications

• 6-months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Tech proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
