Job summary

LOFT in Winter Park is seeking a Sales Lead to join our store team. You will model exceptional customer experiences, guide and coach associates, and step in as manager when needed. You’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to keep operations running smoothly and ensure the brand’s standards are met.

Ideal candidates have retail sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to organize people and tasks. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Model personalized customer experience and guide associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Step in as store leader when needed and uphold brand standards.
• Provide onboarding and development for team members to boost engagement.
