Job summary

UNTUCKit is seeking a results-driven retail leader to inspire a team from the sales floor. This role focuses on converting traffic into revenue, elevating the customer experience, and achieving store goals through coaching and hands-on leadership.

You will coach in real time, drive client engagement, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a visually compelling, sales-focused environment across shifts including day, evening, weekends and holidays.
