Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to maximize each transaction.
• Communicate value of products and drive conversions.
• Inspire associates to deliver high-performance selling behaviors.
• Coach team in real time to improve techniques and engagement.
• Execute UNTUCKit University training and daily performance conversations.
• Open and close the store with accountability for results and standards.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Ensure stockroom organization supports selling efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and share insights from customer feedback and sales trends.
