Job summary

UNTUCKit is seeking a results-oriented retail leader who can drive sales on the floor in a high-performance environment. You will coach associates, engage clients, and uphold brand standards to deliver a superior customer experience.

You will lead by example, mentor the team, and manage operations while meeting or exceeding store KPIs. The role requires flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays, in Lone Tree, Colorado.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership or supervisor experience required.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Strong clienteling and customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite, and Omni-channel POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to meet and exceed store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers with personalized styling solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to maximize each transaction.
• Communicate product value to drive conversions.
• Open and close the store with accountability for results.
• Maintain a visually compelling, sales-focused floor environment.
• Monitor KPIs and respond to customer feedback and sales trends.
