Job summary

UNTUCKit is seeking a results-driven retail leader to guide a sales floor, coach associates, and elevate the customer experience. You will drive performance through hands-on leadership, clienteling, and coaching, delivering an energetic, brand-focused selling culture.

You will open lines of communication, manage stock and store presentation, and monitor KPIs to improve metrics. Flexible with retail hours, you’ll contribute to a growth-oriented environment at UNTUCKit.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership or keyholder experience.
• Proven ability to drive sales and influence team performance.
• Strong clienteling skills and a customer-first mindset.
• High energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for results.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in achieving and exceeding store sales goals.
• Proactively engage customers, assess needs, and deliver personalized styling solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clienteling and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to maximize each transaction.
• Leverage product knowledge to communicate value and drive conversions.
