Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 0674-Plaza Escuela in Walnut Creek, CA. You will support and role model exceptional customer experiences while coaching associates and collaborating with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations.

You’ll contribute to a values-driven, inclusive team, maintain brand standards, and drive omnichannel shopping experiences. Flexible scheduling includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with technology and POS systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold high visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Step into the role of manager when needed.
