Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead for our Winchester, VA store to deliver personalized customer experiences and mentor associates. You will work with the Store Manager to master store operations and step in as manager when needed.

You will help onboard and coach a highly engaged team, uphold LOFT's visual standards, and use tools to drive customer-focused, profitable performance in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative to make thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates.
• Uphold visual and operational standards focused on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused, profitable business.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to staff.
