Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide peer coaching and support to the store team to drive customer service, sales, and conversion.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional store experience through consultative selling and total solutions for every customer.
• Own weekly sales and merchandising activities to maximize store performance.
• Perform Floor Leader duties, directing the team to deliver a great customer experience across all store areas.
• Support company initiatives and adapt to changes or additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain a positive and engaging store environment and be available to assist as needed.
• Complete daily merchandising and sales tasks within the store.
• Assist with operational tasks in partnership with the General Manager.
