Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail, customer service, or production experience preferred.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate transactions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required in a retail environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistently positive shopper experience by keeping a clean, organized store environment.
• Greet, respect, engage, assist, and thank every shopper to deliver world-class service.
• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions and manage customer flow at the front end.
• Support merchandising standards through timely recovery and basic replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across shopper-facing areas including registers and aisles.
• Assist shoppers with questions, product location, fitting rooms, and checkout needs.
• Support signage, pricing accuracy, fixture organization, and product presentation.
