Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Floor Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment during shifts. You will support POS transactions, merchandising, and store readiness while upholding Goodwill’s mission and values.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with product locations, and ensuring accurate pricing and presentation on the sales floor. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to deliver friendly, respectful shopper service with basic math accuracy.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support a consistently positive shopper experience by maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently while guiding customers to checkout.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and shelf presentation to ensure store readiness.
• Help customers with questions, product locations, and checkout needs in a courteous manner.
• Follow safety, cash-handling, and loss-prevention procedures.
